Warning Description: Flash Flood Watch

Warning Date: 2:27 am PST on November 21, 2016

WarningSum:...Flash Flood Watch Remains In Effect Until 6 Am Pst Early This
Morning...

Warning Message:The Flash Flood Watch for mud and debris flows continues for
* the recent burn areas of Los Angeles County 
* until 6 am PST 
* there is the potential of rainfall rates in excess of one half
  inch per hour early this morning. This could lead to flash
  flooding...and mud and debris flows near recent burn
  areas...including the sand...fish...Colby...calgrove...Sage...
  Old...Reservoir...Wheatland...powerhouse...warm...and pines burn
  areas.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that will
lead to flash flooding.
Flash flooding and debris flows will be a particular threat in
and below the recently burned areas. Flash flooding is a very
dangerous situation.
